Trish Alizade

Glass Art

“ …It all started with a Saturday morning class about 15 years ago, I was told I would either love doing stained glass or I would hate it!. Well, I love it! “What started out as a get out of the house hobby, blossomed and evolved not only into a profession, but a form of personal expression as well.”

Although stained glass remains her favorite medium, Alizade has been branching out into the world of glass on glass mosaics.

“The freedom allowed with glass on glass mosaic has been especially engaging. …allowing me to utilize my glass cutting skills from traditional stained glass work and incorporate classical mosaic techniques, It is the best of both worlds”.

“For me stained glass work is an ever changing art…...at least the way I do it…!”
