Shara Abel

Photography

A true photographer at heart, Shara has a natural eye for composition, and an overwhelming appreciation of God’s spectacular creations.  Her desire is to capture the vision she sees and share it with others, whether it's nature, wildlife, people, architecture or even abstracts.

She has loved photography since she was a child developing photos in her bedroom closet “darkroom”.  Exploring several different artistic mediums throughout her life she has continued in the art of photography as well as music and song writing.

After winning first place in a photo contest with her picture of Mt. Rainier’s Reflection Lake, and repeated requests from friends to purchase pieces from her collection, she decided to pursue photography as a career.  Since that time she has taken several photography classes and is a student of the New York Institute of Photography, the world’s largest and oldest photography school.
